Take a big wok and add I cup ghee in that add both BESAN and ATTA Cook on low flame for 20 minutes with continuous stirring Add 1/2 of remaining ghee Make sugar syrup with sugar and 3 cups water, boil till sugar melts completely add red colour 2drops

Now cut cashew nut Add kishmish in sugar syrup and also cardamom powder Now heat remaining ghee and put all chopped nuts Cook till they become light golden Keep them aside

Now add sugar syrup to the cooked HALWA and stir it well so that no lump is formed Now cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame halwa will leave ghee from sides, it is a sign of good cooked halwa Plating--- Put it in a glass bowl Garnish it with all nuts Nd coconut powder Add rose water(optional) Or orange juice /or apple juice
