1-2small Eggplants
1/2Paprika (yellow)
2Green paprika
3 tbspPotato starch
Pinchsalt
Pinchpepper
Sauce:
50 mlrice vinegar
30 mlsake
30 mlMirin
2 tbspsugar
60 mlsoy sauce

Cut chicken into pieces and mix them with salt and pepper. Leave in a bowl for some minutes.

Cut vegetables and fry them all.

Coat chicken with potato starch. Use other pan and fry them.
