3-4 servings
  • 300 gChicken
  • 1-2small Eggplants
  • 1/2Paprika (yellow)
  • 2Green paprika
  • 3 tbspPotato starch
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchpepper
  • Sauce:
  • 50 mlrice vinegar
  • 30 mlsake
  • 30 mlMirin
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 60 mlsoy sauce

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut chicken into pieces and mix them with salt and pepper. Leave in a bowl for some minutes.

  2. 2

    Cut vegetables and fry them all.

    Coat chicken with potato starch. Use other pan and fry them.
