Ingredients

  • 10raw bananas
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1/2onion
  • leavescoriander
  • cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tsproyco

Steps

  1. 1

    Smear oil on your hands and peel the bananas. Then wash the bananas.

  2. 2

    Stir fry the onions with oil then add tomatoes. Let the tomatoes soften then add the bananas.

  3. 3

    Stir then add the coriander leaves, royco and salt.

  4. 4

    Cover then let it cook for 25-30 mins till soft.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and serve. Yummy!!
