  • 1 bunchmanagu
  • 3tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1onion, chopped
  • cooking oil
  • salt

    Chop the managu and boil for 40 minutes.

  2. 2

    Stir fry onions with oil then add tomatoes. After the tomatoes have soften add the managu.

  3. 3

    Add the milk and stir. add salt and let cook for 10 mins. serve with Ugali
