Steps

First we make the dough by mixing the floor and the water then add oil when it's solid but still nice and soft. Don't be attending to get your hands dirty.lol.

When the dough is ready we will cover and let it rest for atleast 30 mins.

Spread your dough on a flat clean surface then spread some oil on top.

Cut into nice long dough slices.

Roll your dough slices to form a lump. This is the base of the formation of layers.

When you finish making the dough layers so then out into chapati dough. (Circles)

On a heavy think pan, spread a tea spoon of content oil to cook each side for all the chapatis. Cook until brown spots appear on the chapati.

Serve with your best stew and vegetables.
