  2. gmssesame seed -5
  3. gmsorange-10
  4. 10 gmslemon -
  5. 20 gmsJapanese mayonnaise
  6. 04 gmswasabi-
  7. wood ear - 04 gms
  8. 50 gmsRadish -
  9. 3 gmstogarashi pepper

  1. 1

    Coat the tuna with sesame seed and pan sear from both side.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle togarashi pepper.

  3. 3

    Cut lemon and orange and arrange on a plate, cut radish in thin strips.

  4. 4

    Mix mayonnaise and wasabi together and pour on platter.

  5. 5

    Place seared tuna and serve
