Ingredients

15-20 Minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1 CupRoughly Chopped Coconut
  • 2Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tablespoonroasted chana daal
  • 1/2 CupWater
  • For Tempering: 1/4 teaspoon mustered seeds
  • 1Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 TablespoonOil
  • 1/4table spoon salt

Steps

15-20 Minutes
  1. 1

    Take Chopped Coconut in a food processor or grinder.

  2. 2

    Grind to make a medium paste.

  3. 3

    Add Green chillies roasted chana daal & mix them togetaher

  4. 4

    Heat Oil in a small pan & add mustered seeds dry red chilli and curry leaves and saute for 20 seconds.

  5. 5

    Immediately pour the tempering in the coconut paste. Enjoy it with your favorite type of Dosa.
