Heat some oil and add chopped garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.

Add onions,green chillies and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add cabbage, capsicum and peas. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes.

Add tomatos 🍅, salt, black pepper, soy sauce,cumin seeds and cook for 2 minutes.

Add leftover rice and vinegar. cook on low flame for 2 minutes

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
