Wash 2 cup of rice and add to a clean pot then add a litre of water and parboil for about 15 minutes, then drop it and rewash it Add the parboil rice in a pot,add about 1/2 litre of water,add a pitch of salt then stir and place back on fire allow to cook for 15minutes or allow water to dry and bring it down.rice is ready

Slice your bunch of vegetables leaf and wash,drain the water from it and keep it aside.Place a clean pot on fire and add reasonable quantity of red oil in to the pot,slice one bulb of onion and fry for about 30 seconds then add all your crayfish, dried fish,curry powder and other spices you feel like adding.stir a and heat for another 30 seconds.then add some quantity of water.then add 3 cubes of Maggie and salt to taste.allow to boil for 2 minutes. Stir it and add the slice vegetables leaves

Allow it to cook for about 5 minutes depending on how you want it.(half cook or full cook).vegetables sauce is ready so delicious. Try it and see.
