  • 6eggs
  • 2green bell pepper diced
  • 1bulb onions diced
  • 3fresh tomatoes diced
  • 1tatashe diced
  • 3fresh pepper
  • 1cksp veg oil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1knorr cube
  • 3 tbspliquid milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up frying pan once its hot add vegetable oil stir in onions and fry for 3 minutes

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, salt, knorr cube and pepper and fry for about 5 to 7 minutes, while its frying break eggs in a bowl and whisk and add the liquid milk; whisk properly and pour into the tomatoes paste

  3. 3

    Allow it cake for about 2 minutes and scramble add green bell pepper and tatashe stir for about 4 minutes and turn off heat

  4. 4

    Serve with pan cake.
