I was in a hurry one night, realizing I did not prepare any snacks for my kids' bento the following day. So I made this, and it turned out yummy.

To be honest it's not 3 ingredients since I used homemade pancake mix. I always have some in the house, and they are very useful to be turned into snacks.

1/2 cuppancake mix (I used homemade pancake mix)
1 tbspsugar
1/2 cupcola (you can substitute with any soda drinks)

Mix all ingredients. You might want to add a bit of cola or a bit of pancake mix, until the mixture becomes thick and fragrant.

Line a pan with butter, or use a silicon mold. Pour the mixture inside.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or so until done. (I used 130 Celcius degrees)

Coke cake, huh?? What's it like consistency, texture & density like when using a fork to separate a small part of it from a big piece, then chewing it? Is it light & springy? Dense??
