Ingredients

  1. 1 packbiscuit (parle g or any other)
  2. 1 bowl maida
  3. 1/2 bowl curd
  4. 1/2 bowlmilk
  5. 1 tbspnghee
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  8. 1/2 teaspoonvanilla essence
  9. 1 bowl sugar or as per taste
  10. 1/2 bowlsalt

    Biscuit and sugar ko grind kar ke powder bana le. sabhi dry ingredients ko mix kar le. ab dahi milk ghee and vanilla essence ko dalker achchi tarah mix karein.

    Agar batter jyada thick lage to thodasa milk aur add kar le.

    Cooker me salt ko achchi tarah faila de aur ise gas pe medium flame per rakh de. cake banane wali tin me ghee se grease karein aur 1tspn maida se dusting karein. batter ko tin me dale tin ko dheere se cooker me rakh de. 5mnts tez aanch per pakane de fir 30 mnts low flame per bake karein gas off kar ke thanda hone de
