In a pan, take water and add jaggery, ginger, tulsi leaves, cinnamon stick, pinch of black pepper powder and let it be on simmer for 10mins.

Once it comes to boil, add 2 tsp tea powder and turn off gas within 15-20s of adding tea powder. Squeeze 1/2 lemon and strain tea.

Serve hot! It will help relieve throat and would be light on stomach too.
