  • 4eggs
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • 2 pinchesblack pepper
  • 3 bunchesspinach
  • 30 mlcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the egg into a bowl and add salt to it as you a stir.

  2. 2

    Put 20ml cooking oil in a pan, add diced onions to cook till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes let it cook for 2 minutes so that it creates paste.

  4. 4

    Pour the beaten eggs into the sufuria then add black pepper and stir for close to 3 minutes.Eggs are ready.

  5. 5

    In another sufuria, put 10 ml of cook, add onions to cook for 1 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add spinach and cover to steam for 2 minutes. Uncover and stir then cover again for 2 minutes.

  7. 7

    Eggs and spinach are ready to serve with hot ugali.Enjoy
