Patoli banane ke liye pehle ek or pani ubalne ke liye rakhe jisme pinch namak aur 1 tbsp ghee daliye.

Pani ubalne lagega tabhi woh pani thoda thoda karke rice flour me milayiye aur garm hoga tabhi dough banaye. Dough soft hona chahiye. Upar se ghee lagaye.

Ek aur pan main ghee daliye usme grate kiya hua gud/ jaggry dal de. Melt hone lage tabhi fresh nariyal grate kiya hua aur khas khas dal de aur usse tab tak pakaye jab tak woh thik se mil nahi jata. Akhir main Elaichi powder dale

Kele ke patte ko square main kaat le aur uske upar ghee se grease karein. Uske baad rice ka dough ka ek gola leke achhese patte pe press karle faila le. Akhir main thik bich main nariyal ka stuffing line bana ke rakhe aur dono aur se lapet kar stuffing close karle.

In patto ko thik se steamer main dalke 10 min tak steam hone de. Baad mein patta nikalke ghee dalke serve karein.
