Samosa and Chips
I was inspired today with my friend to make this meal.
Steps

Put flour into a bowl add salt and 15mls of oil. Mix.

Add water gradually while kneading the dough. Knead to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.

Then divide the dough into 7 equal potions.

Then roll each dough to form chapati like dough but very thin. Using a little water brush the edges.

Cut each chapati into haves. Align each edges to form a corn. Squeeze the edges together to form a tight seal.

At this point the minced meat is already fried with onions and other spices according to your taste and preference.

Stuff the samosa with minced meat. Filling each corn. Make the top edge clean then mositen it water to make another tight seal.

Repeat this process for the remaining dough and filling.

Heat oil in medium heat until hot. Then fry the samosa until golden brown.

Place the. Samosa in a paper towel to drain excess fat.. Serve with something like chips.
