First mash the potatoes heat a pan add 2 tbs mustard oil and heat till smoking point now add 1 ts mustard seeds add chopped onion and saute it for about 2 minute add 1 chopped green chilli and saute it add chopped tomato and mix it well, cook till tomato tender add salt,red chilli powder,and haldi powder mix it well and cook it 2-3 min

Now add chopped coriander and mix it well

Garnish with chopped coriander and onion

Serve with daal baati or litti chokha
