  • 500 gbeef
  • Cooking oil
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the beef to pieces then deep fry till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Drain the oil then add onions and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Stir the mixture until its well mixed.

  4. 4

    Add salt and cook for some mines. Serve with ugali
