Ingredients

  1. 1turnip
  2. 1carrot
  3. 200 gsplit peas
  4. 500 gmince meat
  5. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  6. 1onion
  7. Aromat  for seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate turnip onion and carrot and fry in olive oil for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add mince meat and fry again for 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add split peas and 2 litres of water

  4. 4

    Season with aromat and let boil until cooked

  5. 5

    Serve while still hot
