Ingredients

  1. 250 gflour
  2. 2table spoon of sugar
  3. warm water
  4. grated lemon rind -2 pairs
  5. 250 gflour

  10. 2table spoon of sugar
  11. warm water
  12. grated lemon rind -2 pairs

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add sugar to the flour mixture

  3. 3

    Add grated lemon rind

  4. 4

    Add water(warm) smooth dough is form

  5. 5

    Roll the dough 1cm thick using a light flavoured board

  6. 6

    Cut into medium pieces

  7. 7

    Deep fry in hot fat until golden brown

  8. 8

    Put in a dish serve when cold
