Making chapatti is not that easy but I tried my best.
Steps

Mix salt, sugar, 2tbs oil and one cup of water in a bowl then stir until sugar and salt dissolves.

Add flour and mix well. Keep adding the remaining water till the dough becomes soft.

Knead the dough for 5 mins and add flour if needed. Transfer the dough in a flat surface and continue kneading.

Return the ready chapatti dough in a bowl and add some oil and knead to mix till soft and not sticky. Cover the dough and leave it for 40 mins.

After 40 mins, divide the dough into small ball like shapes. Arrange them in a dusted surface with flour.

Roll the balls one by one into circular shapes using a rolling pin.

Brush the circular chapatti with oil on top. Then fold the them into a coil.

Then roll them again into circular shapes.

Heat your pan and place the circular shape chapatti. Cook on one side then turn in the other side.

Remove from heat and turn then cook the rest.

Serve with beef
