Steps

Per boil rice and once its almost tender wash off starch and drain rice inside a drainer and set aside

Blend red bell pepper, tomatoes and pepper once you are done, heat up pot add veg oil and add the red onions, stir for about a minute and add the blended paste allow it till the water is dried up

Add salt, maggi and garlic and ginger paste, add a little chicken stock if you have any or use water, stir in the rice and allow it simmer

Once the rice is almost tender, add carrot and green peas turn off heat and cover pot after about 3mins stir the rice and serve with grilled chicken
