Almost Butter Chicken
It's a creamy version of classic butter chicken
Cooking Instructions

Dice onion, cook in large frying pan until golden

Diced chicken and add to frying pan
- 3
Once the chicken has sealed add the curry paste and chicken stock

Add the can of diced tomatoes to the frying pan
- 5
Add the dried red lentils to the frying pan
- 6
Mix all ingredients in the frying pan bring to a boil and let simmer for 25 minutes

Add light cream and stir through
- 8
Served with steamed vegetables
