Lightly flour your baking pan. If using a glass baking dish, you can skip this step.

Mix the tahini well with the hot water. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

Bake for 30–40 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Test with a toothpick to make sure the dough doesn’t stick.
