Steps

Heat oil in a kadai.add the cumin seeds and potatoes.saute the potatoes for some minutes till the stary looking crisp and are lightly browned from the edges.

Add the choppchopped green chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder. Mix gently and cook on a medium flames for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Now add the methi levels stir very well.

Add salt, garam masala powder. give a nice stir and let the methi levels cook on a medium flames for 6-7 minutes. Will stirring occasionally.

Serve hot with parathas or roti...enjoy....
