Using the same process as we make bread, prepare a smooth pliable dough, that is not sticky. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts.

Allow to rise. Using your fingers, press them open, and with a fork further flatten them by pressing diagonal lines into them, but do not cut through.

Fry them lightly. When cool, they may be frozen.

To use, roast them briefly over hot coals, or fry them.
