Ingredients

approx 3 hours
5 to 6 servings
  1. 250 grammoong daal paste
  2. 350 gramdesi ghee
  3. 250 gramsugar
  4. 20se 25 saffron threads
  5. 1 cupfinely chopped dry fruits,badam kaju, pista
  6. 2 spoonhot milk
  7. 250 mlmilk
  8. 1 ltrwater
  9. 1/4 teaspoon elaichi powder

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle sugar aur water ki chashni bana le,side rakhe.

    Ab 2 spoon hot milk mein kesar ghot ke rakh le.

  3. 3

    Ab aik heavy bottom ki kadhai mein ghee ko garam karein, moong daal ka paste add karein,than 40 minutes tak sim flam per bhunte rahe,ji 40 minutes he lagenge isko bhunne mein.

    Ab jab daal ghee choregi tab sugar wala pani, milk, kesar wala milk,ilaychi powder, dry fruits add karein,aik boil aane de aur sim flame per pakaye,beech beech mein chalate rahe,ye halwa poore 2 hours lega ab pakne mein,

    Serve karte time dry fruits se garnish karein.
