Procedure : sieve your flour in a bowl, add the grinded kuka. Soak the potassium (white) with water then mix the flour properly, make sure is not too watery. If the pottash is not strong you can use the water for the mixing, but if it's strong you only need to add small amount to the flour, then use ordinary water for the mixing. Put water in a pot (the water should not pass half of the pot) let it boil then start dropping the mixed flour in the boiling water, let it cook for like 3 to 5min.

Sieve it out of the hot water and put in clean cool water. Sieve it out of the water, Put in a plate add your fried oil with onion and grinded pepper (yaji). You are good to go.
