So Soft Buttered Mochi So Soft Buttered Mochi
I usually pound mochi rice to make it, but I tried using cut mochi this time to simplify things a bit. Since I've discovered I could use cut mochi to make spongy buttered mochi, here's the recipe for you to try!I recommend you soften the store-bought mochi decently before mixing because it's quite sticky. Use homemade mochi or Japanese rice mochi for the best results. It's really soft when it's done, so please chill in the fridge (or in the freezer if you're rushing) before slicing. Take care to coat the sliced surfaces of the mochi so they don't stick together! Recipe by Rei no oryouri cookpad.japan -
Soft Fluffy Whey Pancakes Soft Fluffy Whey Pancakes
I drained 500 g of plain yogurt overnight and ended up with 200 g of whey, so I tried making this.I made these soft and fluffy pancakes without using eggs or pancake mix. While cooking the butter will ooze out (occasionally it doesn't), giving you delicious pancakes that have a beautiful buttery smell. These are only slightly sweet, so adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Recipe by Chi-haru cookpad.japan -

Fluffy Mushi-Pan (Steamed Cakes) - Steamer Not Needed Fluffy Mushi-Pan (Steamed Cakes) - Steamer Not Needed
I made this recipe because I wanted to use up some yogurt and honey. The mild sweetness was a big hit.The honey makes it moist and the yogurt gives it a mild flavor. For pink colouring, I used hibiscus tea and for green I used matcha. Enjoy making your own variations with cocoa, kinoko (powdered soy beans), cheese, chocolate, jam, peanut butter, black sesame, etc. Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -
Soft and Fluffy Rich Shokupan (Square Bread Loaf) With Cream Soft and Fluffy Rich Shokupan (Square Bread Loaf) With Cream
After a lot of trial and error in the pursuit of fluffy soft bread, this is the recipe I'm finally satisfied with!I used a 9 x 9.5 x 19.5cm bread pan with a lid (a Pullman bread pan).If you have a square bread pan, don't divide the dough into two pieces; just handle it as one piece of dough, and follow the steps in the recipe. It's also delicious with milk used instead of water. Fluffy and Chewy Okazu Pan (Bread with Savoury Filling) Fluffy and Chewy Okazu Pan (Bread with Savoury Filling)
I tried baking this dish with a variety of ingredient ratios. All of them were good but this one is easy to remember, and the bread turned out to be chewy and fluffy, so I uploaded the recipe here.Isn't it easy to memorize these rounded out numbers? Since it's easy to memorize, you don't need a book or anything. This is an easy recipe, plus the bread looks great onThere aren't any hints I can give since the recipe is quite easy and the bread maker makes the dough. Recipe by Osshosan cookpad.japan -

I have an endless craving for something sweet. So I made this easily out of the ingredients I had at home.I don't have any hints in particular.Unlike regular mousse, this doesn't use gelatin to stiffen so you can enjoy it as-is, or use it together with other sweets. If you like, please check out my blog! Fluffy Moist Pancakes Fluffy Moist Pancakes
I was aiming for an easy to handle batter With only yogurt, it's quite difficult to pour... Adding milk made it very easy to handle. In Step 4 when you get to a certain point, stop mixing. Mix too much and you'll lose the fluffy texture.Letting the batter rest makes it easier to handle. Recipe by cocorimi cookpad.japan -

Shockingly Soft Fluffy Dough Shockingly Soft Fluffy Dough
I just love soft and fluffy bread!I reduced the amount of water to the bare minimum, and made it in the bread maker. When kneading, the amount of water will vary depending on the type of flour used. Check the dough while it is kneading, and it is best if it just barely all gathers up! Please adjust accordingly. Recipe by saku_nana cookpad.japan -
Gooey and Soft Kashiwa Mochi Made Easily in a Microwave Gooey and Soft Kashiwa Mochi Made Easily in a Microwave
I wanted to have soft and just-made kashiwa mochi on Children's Day.Using joshinko flour does makes tasty kashiwa mochi, but the shiratamako flour gives a more gooey texture. You can increase the amount of shiratamako flour up to 50%, but the amount of water will change. Adjust the amount of water as you knead.I wrote down every step carefully, so you might think there are a lot of things to do, but basically mix the ingredients evenly and microwave! They are not so sweet regularly, so if you want to have sweeter ones, add sugar in 5 g increments. I knead the dough during Step 6 for about 1 minute. For making 5 to 6 (when you use joshinko only).
