Soft Fluffy Whey Pancakes

I drained 500 g of plain yogurt overnight and ended up with 200 g of whey, so I tried making this.
I made these soft and fluffy pancakes without using eggs or pancake mix. While cooking the butter will ooze out (occasionally it doesn't), giving you delicious pancakes that have a beautiful buttery smell. These are only slightly sweet, so adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Recipe by Chi-haru

I was aiming for an easy to handle batter With only yogurt, it's quite difficult to pour... Adding milk made it very easy to handle. In Step 4 when you get to a certain point, stop mixing.
