Clean your chicken and set aside to drain

In a bowl mix the dry spices with garlic ginger paste oil and the tablespoon of oil. Add the buttermilk and mix properly. Pour the mixture onto the chicken and ensure all pieces are covered with the marinade. Leave overnight if not in a rush if in a hurry let it sit for an hour

When ready to fry...have your flour eggs and breadcrumbs ready. Each in a separate bowl. Season the flour with garlic powder and salt.

Place the chicken pieces in the flour first making sure they are well covered then into the beaten egg and to the breacrumbs.

Heat oil for deep frying...and fry the chicken until golden brown and ready about 7-12 minutes dependind with the density of the chicken pieces.

Serve hot with sauce. Have a snack or a main meal
