One of those days when you want to eat something different and you have left over basmati rice in the fridge, special fried rice is always there to rescue your appetite
Steps

Heat 2tbsp oil in pot; add chopped onions and stir-fry until onions turn a nice brown color, about 8-10 minutes; remove from pot. Allow pot to cool slightly.

Mix egg with 3 drops of soy and 3 drops of sesame oil; set aside. Add 1tbsp oil to pot make sure to grease the pan properly; add egg mixture; stir egg until egg sets and its ready; chop into small pieces and set aside

Heat 1 tbsp oil in pot add selected diced chicken breast, along with, ginger, garlic, black pepper, salt, knorr cube and cooked onion; stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add rice, spring onions tossing to mix well; stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add light soy sauce and chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in; stir-fry for 1 minute more; serve.
