A while ago, we went to an Indian restaurant and I had this yogurt with mango called lassi. It's exquisite, and according to the person who served me, it's very good because it prepares the stomach for the heavily spiced food (as Indian food is). I find that mine turned out better than the one I tried at that restaurant.

3/4 cupkefir (200 ml)
Cómo cultivar kéfir casero
1/2ripe mango or the equivalent in canned mango
Sweetener to taste

Place the mango in the blender. If you used canned mango, add some of the juice.

Add the kefir.

Add sweetener, you can use sugar if you like.

Attach the blender blades.

Secure tightly.

Flip and blend for 20 seconds.

And voilà... ready to enjoy. Believe me, it's delicious.

Madre de familia aficionada a la cocina. 4 hijos adultos. Yo voy por lo salado, no me llama la atención las cosas dulces, por suerte, sinó sería muuy gordita.
