Wash lemons

Dry them. Cut in to small pieces. Remove seeds.

Grind in smooth paste in Mixer

Paste looks like pic.

Add sugar, salts, and red chilli powder in paste. Mix well.

Keep in glass air tight jar for 3-4 days in warm place.

After 4 days lemon chutney or jam is ready to eat.

You can eat it with bread, puri, parantha or any Dal rice.
