Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 2large eggplants / brinjals
  • 1.5 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce
  • 2 tspfish sauce
  • 0.5 tspsalt
  • 0.5 tsppepper
  • 1 tspchili flakes / red pepper
  • 1.5 tspsesame seed oil
  • 4 clovesgarlic. Minced really, really finely
  • 1 stalkgreen onion / scallions (chopped)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat up a pot of water and steam eggplants until soft but not mushy. Use fork to see if you can easily poke through. Approx 10 mins

  2. 2

    Remove eggplants and cool

  3. 3

    Mix sauces, garlic and scallions in a bowl

  4. 4

    Toss eggplant into mixture

  5. 5

    Serve up!
