Ingredients

  • 2 tintomatoes medium size
  • 10seed of fresh pepper(blended
  • 1onions bulb big size (chopped)
  • 4maggi cube
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • goat meat
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put you meat on the fire add your ginger,chopped onions, 2cube of maggi,piece of garlic and

  2. 2

    Allow it to boil,drop it after 5minutes and remove the meat from the stock and set aside

  3. 3

    Put a new pot on the fire and add oil to it and allow it heat

  4. 4

    Add your chopped onions first and then your tomatoes, fry till you have a paste

  5. 5

    Add the stock from the meat and stir,add your maggi and salt and your meat

  6. 6

    Cover the pot and allow it boil for 10minutes

  7. 7

    Drop your stew down and serve hot or cold

  8. 8

    It can be served with white rice,boiled yam and white beans
