Steps

Chop-chop garlic and spring onion

Mix rice, flour, tapioca, salt, chopped garlic, chopped spring onion, black pepper

Pour hands with flour. Make mixed rice n tapioca (step 2) into small circle or other shape u like. If u like unicorn shape then u can make it 😂

Heat pan then fry it until it turn to golden color for both side

Serve it with sauce or raw chili if you like 😁
