Blend the eggs, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth and creamy. Then add the red beans, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a baking tray lined with parchment paper or use muffin molds. Sprinkle with cashews or almond slices. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Cut into pieces to serve. Drizzle with a little honey and sprinkle with almond slices.
