  • 15 cmspring onion
  • 1/4Tongan, gourd melon
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonground ginger
  • 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder
  • 350 ccwater*
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce *
  • 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder *
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil*
  • 50 ccwater +1 tablespoon starch(Katakuri powder)*

    Ingredients

    Cut spring onion finely and mince shrimp. Cut Tougan 5 mm thin like photo.

    Make Wantan

    Fry in vegetable oil.

    Make Wantan soup in 350ml water and soy sauce and chicken powder. Make thick with starch water.

    Place Tougan on dish and put fried Wantan on it.
