1/2 cupDiced Egg plant
Salt to taste
1 tspBlack pepper
1/2 cupdiced ricotta cheese
1 tbspchopped fresh basil leaves

Heat oil aad 2 tbsp garlic.

Put one ladle Stoke.

Put 1 1/2 ladle sauce then session with salt and pepper.

Add pata and mix it.

Add 2tbsp ricotta cheese and fried Egg plant.

Place the pasta and garnish with ricotta cheese and fried egg plant in tha top and basil.
