Steps
- 1
Separately wash the rice, the beef
- 2
Add slightly over half a litre of water to a cooking pot, bright to boil, add a dash of cooking oil, add salt to taste then add the rice and heat until cooked. This process should take about 5 minutes.
- 3
Mix the tomatoes, the beef and the onions in another cooking pot. Add enough water and heat the mixture until the beef becomes tender. The amount of time required would depend on the quality of the beef.
- 4
When the beef is cooked, add a little more water for the soup (if required). Add salt to taste. Boil for about 5 minutes under medium heat then take off heat.
- 5
Serve the boiled beef hot with cold or warm rice.
