Ingredients

2 servings
  • Baby carrots
  • 4medium potatoes
  • 1/2onion
  • 1/2green pepper
  • 6chicken pieces
  • to taste Marinade

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil carrots and add butter

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes till cooked and mash them

  3. 3

    Fry onion with green pepper

  4. 4

    Place chicken in oven top it with your fried onion and green pepper pour marinade over. Cook for 15 min and serve
