  1. 3fresh fish
  2. oil for frying
  3. salt

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the fish if the guts and scales and are removed.

  2. 2

    Heat up the oil in a pan. cut the fish on both sides so that they will cook on both sides.

  3. 3

    Place the fish in the sizzling oil to fry until it turns brown on both sides then set aside for oil to drain then serve.
