  1. 150 galmonds
  2. 200 gfresh date, pitted
  3. 75 gdried apricots
  4. 45 gchia seeds
  5. 35 gpepitas
  6. 35 gsunflower seeds
  7. 35 gshredded coconut
  8. 35 gcocoa nibs
  9. 1 tbscocoa powder
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract
  11. Ground pinch of cardamon
  12. 1-2tsb coconut oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fit the food processor with the work bowl and multipurpose blade. Add the almond and chop on speed 2 for 5 seconds until roughly chop.

    Add the dates, apricots, chia seeds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, coconut, cocoa nibs, cocoa powder, vanilla, cardamon and coconut oil.

  3. 3

    Take a small amount of the mixture in your hand and roll it into a ball. If a little dry add the remaining coconut oil and quickly pulse.

    Roll into bite sized ball to serve.
