  • 5fingers unripe plantain
  • 7 cupsAkidi beans
  • 4dry fish
  • 1onion bulb medium(chopped)
  • 6fresh pepper (blended)
  • 4 tablespooncrayfish (ground)
  • 4 cubemaggi
  • 1 cuppalm oil
  • to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Peel unripe plantain wash and cut into shape put in a clean pot.Add maggi and salt little water place on heat after 10 min.

  2. 2

    Add pepper,crayfish and onion for 5min,wash akidi beans cut and add to the pot after 10min wash dry fish and add.

  3. 3

    Add palm oil after 3min stir and turn of heat.

  4. 4

    Food is ready very sumptuous.
