2sardine per person
Larger grain salt, more than you think

Sprinkle salt over sardine, both side. No oil needed, as sardine itself has a lot, or olive oil a bit.

Pre heat oven, as hotter as it gets. That's key. Ideally grilled over charcoal, outside, like BBQ.

5 min in the oven, or less. Crispy skin outside, juicy meat inside.
