Ingredients

  1. 4 piecesCrumbed fish
  2. 1large apple, grated
  3. 1 tbspcelery leaf, chopped
  4. 1 tbspMaple syrup
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. Chili flakes, up to your taste
  8. Cashew nuts for topping
  9. Rice bran oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in the pan at medium high until hot, add the fish to fry until golden brown both side. Remove the fish from the pan and put on a the plate with a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Remove the paper towel and set aside

  2. 2

    In a bowl add, apple, celery, maple syrup, salt,lemon and chili flakes. Mixed everything until combine.

    Put the salad mixed on to the fish then on top with cashew nuts. Enjoy:)
