Steps

Fry the onions and garlic in a cooking pad until soft

Add meat until brown

Add tomatoes,hoho,bananas carrots,salt and peppers together

Stir and cover

Cook for a few min until the tomatoes and hoho are soft (keep checking to avoid burning)

Add water.... Just enough to cover the matoke

Cook for 20-25 min until the bananas are tender but not mushy please.. Let the sauce be thick a little

Now you can do a taste test and adjust your seasoning (salt or pepper) if necessary

Final step,take your dhania and stir into ready matoke

Wait for 5 min or less for dhania to 'sink'.. Matoke to have a flavor

Serve when hot!
