Steps

Tomato ko grind karein and puree banye.

Curd ko bhi chalni me chaan le or uska extra pani nikle de 1/2 hour ase hi rhne de.

Ab curd ko ache se whiske karein or isme tomato puree bhi add karein or mix karein.

Ek bowl me 3-4 tbsp water me red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder mix krr side me rhke.

Ek kadai me oil garam karein and jeera add karein,jeera crackle hone par crushed garlic add karein or saute karein.

Ab kadai me matar add karein saath me bhiga hua masala b add karein or pakne de approx 7-8 minute ya jab tak matar pak jaye.

Ab curd tomato paste add karein or stir krte jaye continuously,jab ek boil aajye flame slow karein and cook hone de.jarurat hisab se pani or add karein.

Now kitchen king masala,salt,paneer add karein or 5-7 minute cook hone de sabji.

Sabji cook hone ke baad kasuri meethi add karein,serve hot hot matar paneer with rice ya roti.
