Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Knead dough with milk and curd.

Finish up the dough with 1tsp of oil. transfer dough in a bowl. Cover it with towel and set it aside in a warm place for 2-3 hour.

Heat oil in a pan and to check if the oil is ready, drop a tiny ball of dough in the hot oil.and if it rises to the surface right away oil is ready for frying.

Divide Dough into small round balls. Roll them out into small dish shape rounds.

Drop the bhatura in hot oil...keep frying till evenly brown from both the sides.

Fluffy and soft wheat bhatura are ready...enjoy...
